The first thing that needs to be completed is your Rough Grade that will need to be approved by your City or Municipality.  The rough grade will be completed by your builder.

Once it is approved then your Final Grade can be completed.  We also offer our services to obtain Final Grade Approval using our Surveyor which is required in the Spruce Grove/ Stony Plain/ Edmonton areas.

The reason that Cities or Municipalities are requiring Final Grade Approval is to ensure the drainage does not adversely affect your home or your neighbours.

Once the Final Grade is approved then the remaining landscaping can be completed along with any architectural requirements for your subdivision.
